Dr. Judith Mayen Etuk Ogbara has been recognised for her contributions to humanitarian service at the 5th Edition of the Law of Honour Award Night, held in New York as part of the UNGA High-Level Global Executive Roundtable Side Event 2026.

At the distinguished gathering, Dr. Ogbara was formally recognised and announced in her new capacity as an Ambassador for Humanitarian Service, marking a significant moment in her journey of leadership, advocacy, empowerment, and service to humanity.

The recognition reflects a journey defined by a sustained commitment to touching lives and advancing the cause of humanity. Her work has continued to focus on service, empowerment, and meaningful interventions that make a difference in the lives of individuals and communities.

The occasion brought together distinguished personalities and development stakeholders, including Ambassador Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR, in a setting that celebrated service, leadership, humanitarian commitment, and impact.

A defining moment of the ceremony was the reading of the official citation presented in honour of Dr. Ogbara. The detailed citation highlighted her achievements, humanitarian contributions, and commitment to service, documenting the journey and impact behind the recognition.

The citation was read across several pages before the honour was formally presented, providing a fitting context to the recognition and allowing the audience to reflect on the work and contributions that preceded the honour.
